the Prayer that Dissolves Hard Conditions

As you know, Passover began at sunset on Monday. Christian Passover is an Old Testament religious observance celebrated by a small number of Protestant churches along with the more common Christian holy day and festival of Easter. It is a parallel of the Jewish Passover's celebration of redemption from bondage in the land of Egypt. It is my belief that everyone who subscribes to my Make A Difference newsletter has an intention to make a difference. One of the ways we make a difference is in how we treat people, and another way is how we personally approach our connection to the Spirit within. I am not a minister, but I am a person who finds that I make a bigger difference by my daily intentions and prayers for peace. One of my favorite prayers is the Lord's Prayer, which was actually given to us during this time of Passover.

My ultimate prayer is that people of all religions would surrender the need to be right and simply apply the one thing found in all religions and that is LOVE. While it is true, I am a Christian, I am not a fundamentalist, meaning that I am not interested in that which separates us; fear and rigidity of fear based interpretation of scripture. I simply see religious choices as the way a very diverse world of people find that they connect best to God. I am only interested in loving God with all my heart, mind and soul and loving my neighbor as myself. Beyond that, I am not interested in anything other than peace and alignment among people.

And as heartfelt intention would have it, as I was writing this week’s newsletter this beautiful email came in to my from my new friend, Masha:

     I trusted when you told me that you want to include all faiths into your inspirational emails. Thank you for your Passover message. You mentioned that you want to learn more about the other faiths in order to help you incorporate your messages to all peoples.
     Passover (Pesach, in Hebrew) celebrates the freedom of the Jewish People from slavery under the Egyptians about 3,320 yrs. ago (!). The deeper message of Passover is the message of freedom from all things which enslave us - freedom from slavery to money, slavery to destructive habits, freedom to be our true selves - the individual self gifted each of us by the Creator. Freedom to use the gifts with which we were endowed, in order to serve Him on our journey of creating a better world, a rectified world. Freedom of choice - the choice to accept the yoke of Heaven and serve something greater than negativity, vanity, unhealthy living habits - whatever one's vice might be. We are free to join together as one nation under God, to experience His Oneness and to realize that there is nothing other than Him.
     When we align with Him, we align with one another. So nice to 'connect' in alignment from across the thousands of miles. Just goes to show us that there is no such thing as 'space' and 'time' in His Place. And yet, we live in this world and yesterday, for a special birthday gift to my 11 yr. old daughter - a trip to the Western Wall in Jerusalem for morning prayers. It certainly was incredible! Filled with song and Praise. Nobody was wailing there. I danced in a circle together with young women, old women, and Ethiopian woman in traditional garb, Ultra- Orthodox women, hippie type women, non-religious women - all in a circle, holding hands, singing and dancing (and most importantly smiling!). It was so inspiring. And I knew at a certain moment - it hit me and I looked up towards the clear sky, where birds danced above us - I knew that THIS MOMENT is bringing us closer to the FREEDOM.
     In your quest and path of waking up the World to make a difference, I bless you with continued openness to receive the gifts He sends you as you shine your Light outwards.

This is a time when we all go through a time of release, renewal and reorganization. Because of this, we have created this modern interpretation of the Lord's Prayer that we feel offers spiritual connection and meaning - which helps us remain conscious, uplift our spirit and renew our mind and body.

We made this movie and subsequent MiniBook for ourselves and for everyone who is drawn to the spiritual connection this prayer provides.

People sometimes say, "I have a sense that prayer works, but I can’t quite bring myself to do it because I’m not really sure what is OK to ask for, and what is not." If you know the Lord’s Prayer, and speak it with intentional authority, then it’s all you need to begin to develop a miracle prayer consciousness - provided you know how to pray it: consciously feeling its meaning to call alive its power. This will most certainly stir up its miraculous energy.

The ancients believed that fifteen was the mystical number that would dissolve hard conditions of mind, body or affairs.

When you seem to have a hard financial problem or any great need, that is the time to declare over and over the Lord's Prayer at least fifteen times each day, preferably in a loud voice. This can cause such hard conditions to break up and to be dissolved forever. If your life circumstances do not allow you the freedom to declare the prayer aloud, then write it out at least fifteen times a day.
