RE: receivers can't open your movies

We haven't gotten it in the FAQ yet, but there seems to be some issues with the new Safari browser not working with parts of the Moviecard *sending* system. We are not yet aware of any browser incompatibility in receiving and viewing the Moviecards.

There is a Help / FAQ page; link is on top of list of links, left side of the Moviecards main page.

Here is the section from the Moviecards FAQ page titled "I cannot view the card":

All of our Moviecards use an enhanced animation called Flash. To view these greetings, you will need to have a Flash plug-in. Please make sure you have a current version of 8.0 or higher.

You can download the Adobe Flash Player for FREE here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

After installation is complete, please go to the link provided in your original email. The greeting will automatically play from this point.

Some parts of the Moviecard Membership system use a java applet. You might need the java plug-in as well. Go here to download Java software: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
